New building permits are tomorrow's jobs. We send them to the trades that aren't on the project yet.
Every day, homeowners file permits with the city — each one a public signal that real work is about to happen. But a permit only covers the job it names. Around it sits more work the owner still has to hire out: a new pool, for instance, still needs a barrier fence to pass inspection — plus landscaping, irrigation and weekly service once it's built. Stamped Leads reads every new permit, works out which trades each project still needs, and delivers the project to them while there's still time to win the work.
Leads are newly issued building permits — projects about to start, not completed jobs. All data is public record from the city's own permit feed.

How it works
The permit names who's on the job. We find who isn't.
Pool permit issues
A homeowner or builder pulls a public building permit. The pool contractor is already on the project.
Nearby work remains
The same project still needs other trades to finish and pass inspection:
You get the project
Address, project type, description, and issue date — matched to your trade and sent to your inbox.
Take a new pool. The permit names the pool builder — they're already on the project. But a pool can't pass final inspection without a barrier, and the pool builder almost never installs it. That fence job — typically a few thousand dollars — is unclaimed the day the permit issues. The same pattern repeats everywhere: a foundation repair that needs a drain plumber, a new home that needs irrigation, lighting and a final clean. Stamped Leads exists to hand those unclaimed jobs to the trades that do them.
Who it's for
Built for the trades still needed
We group related permits into real projects and match them to the trades that typically come next — the ones the permit doesn't name.
Fence installers
A new pool can't pass final inspection without a barrier, and the pool builder almost never installs it. Be the first fence company to the property.
Pool service
Every new pool becomes a recurring weekly account. Reach the owner while the pool is still being built — before someone else owns the route.
Landscapers
Pools, additions, and new homes all finish with yards — beds, sod, and planting. Show up while the project is still active, not after the sod is down.
Irrigation & sprinkler
New builds and outdoor projects open the door to sprinkler systems and irrigation installs at the end of the job.
Foundation repair
Foundation and sewer signals travel together — a failing sewer line and a moving foundation are often the same house. Catch distress projects early in the permit cycle.
Plumbers — drain & sewer
Foundation jobs hide under-slab drain work, and sewer replacements are permitted the day the work starts. Get the projects where the drain work is still unclaimed.
Delivery
Same projects. Different freshness.
You're paying for how early you see the work — not for a different dataset.
Exclusive
First look the moment a project is spotted, with a 24-hour head start for your trade and territory before anyone else sees it.
Pro
The same projects move to Pro subscribers across your trade cluster once the Exclusive window ends.
Starter
A weekly digest for one trade — older than Pro, still early in a project's life.
Honest fine print: Exclusive is a head start among subscribers, not ownership of the record — permits are public. We do the reading, grouping and matching at scale.

First look, in your territory, before anyone.
- Instant delivery the moment a permit issues
- A 24-hour exclusive window — only you see it

One fence job pays for about two years of Exclusive. One foundation job pays for years of Pro. The math is not subtle — that's the point.

FAQ
Fair questions
What exactly do I get?
A list of real projects in your metro, matched to your trade: the property address, what kind of project it is (new pool, foundation repair, sewer replacement, new home…), a short description of the work, and the date the permit was issued. Child permits are grouped, so each project appears once — not three or four times.
Are these homeowner quote requests?
No. These are public building permits — a signal that work is starting and that related trades may still be needed. They are not inbound quote requests from homeowners.
How fresh are the leads?
It depends on your tier. Exclusive subscribers get projects the moment they're spotted in the city's feed, with a 24-hour window before anyone else sees them. Pro gets them at 24 hours. Starter gets a weekly digest of projects about 4 days old. Remember: these are newly issued permits — projects about to start, not completed jobs — so even a few days old is early in the project's life.
Does Exclusive mean the data is private to me?
No. Permits remain public records. Exclusive means a 24-hour distribution head start among subscribers for your trade and territory — not ownership of the city record.
Where does the data come from?
Your city's own building-permit records, published as public open data. We read the city's permit feed, group child permits into real projects (in Austin's last 90 days, 14,963 permits resolved to 8,834 projects), classify them by trade, and deliver them. No scraped personal data, no purchased lists.
Is this legal? It's public record, right?
Yes. Building permits are public records — anyone can walk into city hall or open the city's data portal and read them. We do the reading, grouping and sorting at scale so you don't have to. We pass along the project facts exactly as filed: address, work type, description, issue date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no retention scripts. Cancel and the subscription simply stops at the end of the period you've paid for.
Do you sell my information?
No. Your business details are used to run your subscription and nothing else. We sell permit data to subscribers; we don't sell subscribers to anyone.
